This website is operated by Growth By Agent (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide Agentic GTM Engineering services to B2B companies.

  • Enquiry form submissions: When you complete the “Start Your Discovery Sprint” form we collect your full name, work email address, company name, and average contract value range. We also record the date and time of submission and the exact consent text you agreed to.
  • Website analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. It collects only aggregate, anonymous data (page views, referral sources, device type, country). No personal data is collected and no cookies are set.

3. Why We Collect It & Legal Basis

  • Enquiry form data is used solely to evaluate and respond to your business enquiry. Legal basis: explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the opt-in checkbox on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the website and improve our content. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No personal data is processed.

4. How We Use Your Data

Enquiry data is used exclusively to assess and respond to your request. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, nor will we add you to any mailing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Make (EU) — Automation platform used to route enquiry form submissions to our inbox. Data is processed on EU servers. Privacy notice.
  • Plausible Analytics — EU-hosted, cookieless analytics. No personal data collected. Data policy.
  • Vercel — Website hosting. IP addresses are transiently processed to serve pages. Privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If no engagement results from your enquiry, we will delete your data within 6 months of our last contact with you.

  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
